Art Party!

The backyard is finally whipped into lovely beautiful shape and last week I hosted an art party.

We set up a table under the maple tree (with a side table for treats!) and got busy making crowns, painting masks and journal pages, collaging and, of course, visiting and sharing.

I love the snake earrings Tasyn added to his pirate mask!

Tasyn and Shelby took to spray painting like fish to water and made some really awesome stuff.

In fact, their wonderfully layered compositions inspired me to make one of my own. This piece is 18" by 24" and going to Ash and Ben as a wedding gift.
